Drag Race Results 8-24-2002

 I replaced the broken camshaft with an old V-26 that I had laying around.  It is a much milder cam and wouldn't allow the engine to rev past 7,000 rpms!

I took 4 practice runs on the Friday before and ran a best of 7.012 @ 96.57mph (1/8th mile).

Reaction time on the .500 full tree was; .496

Reaction times on a .400 pro tree were; .546, .500, & .511

I took 1 time trial run and made it into the 1st round of eliminations.

My best run of the day was 7.141 @ 94.74mph (1/8th mile)

I attempted my first ever run with nitrous oxide after everyone else was done, but didn't have everything set correctly to work.

Reaction times on the .500 full tree were; .567, .463, & .929
