I took 4 time trial runs and 4 rounds of eliminations.

My best run of the day was 6.912 @ 99.12mph (1/8th mile)

Reaction times on the .500 full tree were;  .549, .501, .575, .666, .551, .584, .553, & .558.

With the new transaxle finished (Click here for details!) I wanted to help ensure that it would last a while so I raised my rear tire pressure to 15psi, lowered my launch rpms to 4,000 and as I did last season, eliminated any burn outs!  Also I shifted the car at 7,000 to save the engine.  With this even tamer approach, I ran the following E.T.s during time trials: 6.93, 6.93, 6.91 & 6.93!  I dialed a 6.93 but the car spun on the first round and I slowed to a 7.03 plus I was treed by .039, so I went out first round in the Import Pro Bracket.  I bought into the Buyback consolation race that was open to first and second round losers and won two rounds until I went out third round on a double break-out.
