Drag Race Results 4-27-2003

I put the car back together with some "back-up" pistons until the new ones arrive.  The engine started acting up before the first pass, so I didn't end up racing it.  After tearing it down, I discovered that the thrust main bearing had some stuff that ran through it and started to seize up.  Should only need the crank polished and a new bearing.  This and the new pistons should get the engine back in tip top shape!  Hopefully next race I will be back to putting on a good show! :)
